1. Since the flights between China and Indonesia continues to increase recently, in order to improve the service quality and efficiency of health code examination in China, and to assure the health of the applicants and the safety of the navigation, the requirements for uploading materials for applying for health codes are clear as follows:

(1) Applicants without infection history in the past 

1.  One negative Swab-PCR Test result within 48 hours

2.  One negative Swab-PCR Test result within 48 hours

(Must use different sample of Swab-PCR Test)

3. The certificate of employment or Personal Statement

Please refer to the certificate of employment content provided (please refer to attachment), enterprise employee provide the certificate of employment, non enterprise employee provide the personal statement, furthermore commit to follow the regulation to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19.

(2) Applicants with infection history in the past (diagnosed with COVID-19 or positive Swab-PCR Test result)

1. Recovery process materials: 2 negative Swab-PCR results with an interval of more than 24 hours after the Swab-PCR test turns negative, confirming that they have recovered for 14 days or more before re-taking the double Swab-PCR test.

2. One negative Swab-PCR Test result within 48 hours

3. One negative Swab-PCR Test result within 48 hours

(Must use different sample of Swab-PCR Test)

4. The certificate of employment or Personal Statement

Regarding the specific requirement for Swab-PCR Test result and application materials mentioned above as well as conditions not mentioned in this notice, please refer to 《Notice of the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia on the requirements of applying for health codes for applicants going to China (June edition)》.

2. According to the recent back check of cases imported from Indonesia to China, they are mainly short-term business travelers, who are diagnosed within 2 to 4 days after arriving in China, and have a high possibility of infection during the trip.

The Chinese Embassy in Indonesia once again reminds all applicants going to China to strictly follow health protocol required by the government, enhance their awareness of epidemic prevention and control, never relax their vigilance during the waiting period, keep wearing N95 masks throughout the flight, and do not eat, drink or smoke in the waiting building. According to the airline's arrangement, please wait in the designated area, keep a strict distance and stay away from the dense crowd. After boarding, reduce walking inside the plane to avoid cross infection.
