To promote international personnel exchanges and continue to maintain the order of COVID epidemic prevention and control, effective from 0 a.m., 24 August 2022, China will provide convenience for Indonesian  nationals travelling to China as follows.

1. Indonesian nationals holding valid APEC business travel card (excluding the virtual card) are allowed to enter China with the associated passport, with no need for applying for new visas.

2. Indonesian students holding valid Chinese study residence permit are allowed to enter China with no need for applying for new visas.

3. The measures above are also applicable to other foreign nationals unless otherwise specified.

4. All foreign nationals intend to enter China without visas shall strictly abide by the Chinese regulations on epidemic prevention and control. All passengers should complete the specified nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 and apply the Health Code via the website: https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ before flying to China.

5. Those who use the counterfeit or altered, fraudulent or invalidated by the issuance organ APEC business travel card or Chinese study residence permit, will be not allowed to enter China according to the law. In case illegal act has constituted a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated in accordance with the law.
