On February 7, Ambassador Lu Kang attended the 2023 Chinese New Year Reception in Jakarta held by Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, Government of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region. Ambassador Lu was joined during the celebration by over 500 government officials and business representatives from Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia and Chinese mainland.

Ambassador Lu promoted the status of Hong Kong SAR as an international financial, trade, shipping center, highlighted the important role that Hong Kong SAR plays in efficiently connecting Chinese mainland with Indonesia and the world, and wishes Hong Kong SAR an ever brighter future!
