The Chinese government has always encouraged and supported Chinese companies to take root in Indonesia and integrate with Indonesian society, benefit Indonesia and achieve mutually beneficial and integrated development. It is believed that our two sides will be able to make human resource cooperation the most active and impressive sector in the joint construction of a community with a shared future for China and Indonesia. The mutual benefit and win-win situation we hope to see is that Chinese enterprises earnestly abide by Indonesian local laws and regulations including labor policies, and become a model of law-abiding. At the same time, the Indonesian government is expected to provide an increasingly favorable business environment and policy guarantees for the Chinese enterprises. China is willing to make joint efforts with relevant ministries and departments including the Indonesian Ministry of Labor.

Deputy Minister Noor praised the event for being beneficial for Chinese companies to better understand and comply with Indonesian labor policies. He introduced the Indonesian government's latest labor laws and policies, and hoped that Chinese enterprises could strictly comply with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, protect the legal rights and interests of workers, pay more attention to common issues in the field of human resources, and work together to face global economic uncertainties.

The event is to implement the consensus reached by the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia and the Indonesian Ministry of Labor, aiming to help Chinese enterprises more accurately and comprehensively understand Indonesian labor policies, and achieve healthy and sustainable development in Indonesia on the basis of mutual benefit and win-win results. The 4 directors of the Indonesian Ministry of Labor gave a comprehensive introduction to Indonesia's labor policies, laws and regulations from their respective fields of competence. More than 270 Chinese enterprises participated offline or online and had beneficial exchanges and interactions with the Indonesian Ministry of Labor.
