The 7th Session of China-Indonesia Joint Committee on Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation was successfully held in Beijing on Nov 1, 2024. Mr. Dai Gang, the Director General of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and Prof. Agus, Director General of Deputy for Facilitation of Research and Innovation, National Research and Innovation Agency of Indonesia, co-chaired the meeting.

Both sides respectively introduced their science and technology development and policies, and conducted in-depth exchanges on cooperation in joint research projects, scientific and cultural exchanges, joint research platforms, technology transfer, innovation and entrepreneurship, etc. At the meeting, China and Indonesia signed an implementation agreement on supporting the joint research projects.
