1. Between 00:00 and 24:00, 13 March, the following were newly reported by the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

a) 11 confirmed cases;

b) 13 fatal cases (all in Hubei);

c) 17 suspected cases;

d) 1,430 cured and discharged cases;

e) 2,174 close contacts released from medical observation; and

f) 410 fewer severe cases.

2. As of 24:00, 13 March, the following had been reported by the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

a) 12,094 confirmed cases (including 3,610 severe cases) still under treatment;

b) 65,541 cured and discharged cases;

c) 3,189 fatal cases;

d) 80,824 confirmed cases;

e) 115 suspected cases pending test results; and

f) 678,935 close contacts traced (including 10,879 still under medical observation).

3. Between 00:00 and 24:00, 13 March, the following were newly reported by Hubei:

a) 4 confirmed cases (all in Wuhan);

b) 1,390 cured and discharged cases (including 1,254 in Wuhan);

c) 13 fatal cases (including 10 in Wuhan); and

d) 0 suspected case (0 in Wuhan).

As of 24:00, 13 March, Hubei had reported:

a) 11,772 confirmed cases (including 11,098 in Wuhan) still under treatment;

b) 3,543 severe cases (including 3,410 in Wuhan);

c) 52,943 cured and discharged cases (including 36,451 in Wuhan);

d) 3,075 fatal cases (including 2,446 in Wuhan);

e) 67,790 confirmed cases (including 49,995 in Wuhan); and

f) 34 suspected cases (including 30 in Wuhan) pending test results.

4. Between 00:00 and 24:00, 13 March, 7 imported confirmed cases were newly reported (4 in Shanghai, 2 in Gansu and 1 in Beijing). As of 24:00, 13 March, 95 imported confirmed cases had been reported.

5. As of 24:00, 13 March, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan had altogether reported 197 confirmed cases:

a) 137 (including 78 discharged cases and 4 fatal cases) in the Hong Kong SAR;

b) 10 (all discharged) in the Macao SAR; and

c) 50 (including 20 discharged cases and 1 fatal case) in the Taiwan region.
