1. Between 00:00 and 24:00, 20 April, the following were newly reported by the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

a) 11 confirmed cases (4 imported and 7 local cases, i.e. 6 in Heilongjiang and 1 in Guangdong);

b) no fatal cases;

c) 3 suspected cases (2 imported and 1 local case in Heilongjiang);

d) 39 cured and discharged cases;

e) 882 close contacts released from medical observation; and

f) 1 more severe case.

2. As of 24:00, 20 April, among all the imported cases, 811 confirmed cases (including 44 severe cases) are still under treatment and 32 suspected cases are pending test results. In total, 1,587 imported cases had been confirmed, 776 cases cured and discharged, and no fatal cases reported.

3. As of 24:00, 20 April, the following had been reported by the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

a) 1,003 confirmed cases (including 82 severe cases) still under treatment;

b) 77,123 cured and discharged cases;

c) 4,632 fatal cases;

d) 82,758 confirmed cases;

e) 37 suspected cases pending test results; and

f) 726,797 close contacts traced (including 8,791 still under medical observation).

4. Between 00:00 and 24:00, 20 April, the following were newly reported by Hubei:

a) no confirmed cases;

b) 3 cured and discharged cases (all in Wuhan);

c) no fatal cases; and

d) no suspected cases.

As of 24:00, 20 April, Hubei had reported:

a) 102 confirmed cases still under treatment (all in Wuhan);

b) 19 severe cases still under treatment (all in Wuhan);

c) 63,514 cured and discharged cases (including 46,362 in Wuhan);

d) 4,512 fatal cases (including 3,869 in Wuhan);

e) 68,128 confirmed cases (including 50,333 in Wuhan); and

f) no suspected cases pending test result.

5. Between 00:00 and 24:00, 20 April, the following asymptomatic cases were newly reported by the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

a) 37 new cases (2 imported);

b) 3 cases developed into confirmed cases (0 imported);

c) 32 cases released from medical observation (6 imported); and

d) 992 cases still under medical observation (180 imported).

6. As of 24:00, 20 April, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan had altogether reported 1,492 confirmed cases:

a) 1,025 in the Hong Kong SAR (including 630 discharged cases and 4 fatal cases);

b) 45 in the Macao SAR (including 22 discharged cases); and

c) 422 in the Taiwan region (including 203 discharged cases and 6 fatal cases).
