1. Between 00:00 and 24:00, 27 April, the following were newly reported by the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

a) 6 confirmed cases (3 imported and 3 local cases in Heilongjiang);

b) no fatal cases;

c) 1 suspected case (an imported case in Shanghai);

d) 81 cured and discharged cases;

e) 915 close contacts released from medical observation; and

f) 2 fewer severe cases.

2. As of 24:00, 27 April, among all the imported cases, 552 confirmed cases (including 21 severe cases) are still under treatment and 6 suspected cases are pending test results. In total, 1,639 imported cases had been confirmed, 1,087 cases cured and discharged, and no fatal cases reported.

3. As of 24:00, 27 April, the following had been reported by the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

a) 648 confirmed cases (including 50 severe cases) still under treatment;

b) 77,555 cured and discharged cases;

c) 4,633 fatal cases;

d) 82,836 confirmed cases;

e) 9 suspected cases pending test results; and

f) 731,015 close contacts traced (including 8,014 still under medical observation).

4. Between 00:00 and 24:00, 27 April, the following were newly reported by Hubei:

a) no confirmed cases;

b) no cured and discharged cases;

c) no fatal cases; and

d) no suspected cases.

As of 24:00, 27 April, Hubei had reported:

a) no confirmed cases still under treatment;

b) no severe cases under treatment;

c) 63,616 cured and discharged cases (including 46,464 in Wuhan);

d) 4,512 fatal cases (including 3,869 in Wuhan);

e) 68,128 confirmed cases (including 50,333 in Wuhan); and

f) no suspected cases pending test result.

5. Between 00:00 and 24:00, 27 April, the following asymptomatic cases were newly reported by the 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

a) 40 new cases (3 imported);

b) no cases developed into confirmed cases;

c) 17 cases released from medical observation (4 imported); and

d) 997 cases still under medical observation (130 imported).

6. As of 24:00, 27 April, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan had altogether reported 1,511 confirmed cases:

a) 1,037 in the Hong Kong SAR (including 787 discharged cases and 4 fatal cases);

b) 45 in the Macao SAR (including 32 discharged cases); and

c) 429 in the Taiwan region (including 290 discharged cases and 6 fatal cases).
