On February 10, Mr. Zhou Kan, Chargé d’Affaires ad interim of the Chinese Embassy in Indonesia attended China Conference Southeast Asia 2026 held by South China Morning Post in Jakarta‌ and delivered a keynote speech. H.E. CY Leung, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and former Chief Executive of the Government of HKSAR, H.E. Airlangga Hartarto, Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, H.E. Anindya Novyan Bakrie, Chairman of KADIN Indonesia are also invited to address the conference. 

As South China Morning Post’s annual flagship event, China Conference is dedicated to providing a dialogue platform that brings together policymakers, business leaders, and investment stakeholders to discuss regional development and future cooperation. The Conference is held in Indonesia for the first time. About 500 guests from various sectors of China and Indonesia attended.
