On June 14, 2026, Ambassador Wang Lutong attended the award ceremony for the 6th "Chinese Bridge" Chinese Show for Primary School Students, the 19th Chinese Proficiency Competition for Secondary School Students, and the 25th Chinese Proficiency Competition for University Students in Indonesia. More than 300 guests participated, including H.E. Stella, Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology, Ms. Irene, Head of Center for National Talent Development of Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, leaders from Board of Mandarin Education Coordination and Confucius Institute at University of Al Azhar, teachers and students from Chinese language schools, Chinese and Indonesian media journalists.

Ambassador Wang stated that the "Chinese Bridge" competition holds unique cultural value and educational significance in Indonesia. It is not only a language competition, but also a vivid microcosm of cultural exchanges between China and Indonesia.
